[kj] Duendes question

Anyone know why Amazon.com (US) is taking so long to fulfill US orders 
of "Duendes"? Did it sel out (heh)?

Is it just quicker to order it from Plastichead, even if I am in Texas?

I finally got my other KJ merchandise, the $60 worth of stuff I ordered 
in October -- I got it like a week before Thanksgiving. Amazon.com says 
Duendes is back ordered or something. I can cancel the order. Any ideas 
where to order it within the US to get it in time for Xmas?
