Maybe it isn't, Mel - just got a feeling it was. He could cover up his give-aways quite easily.
 
Anyway, of course we've all heard that Jaz & BPF were in the Matt Stagger band. As for wheter there's any dubby reggae-ness going on in early Joke, well, they were well into the whole PiL thing, the company, etc & if Turn To Red isn't played dub-style, I don't know what is !!!
 
What is wrong with reggae anyway??? Didn't punks love it back in the day? I fucking love 70's reggae!!!

Oh, Alex, you are so silly.  Reggae is the genre they are always classified under (The Matt Stagger Band I am referring to).....
Don't get your panties in a bunch ;0  I didn't say Jaz was doing covers of "One Love" with BPF.
 
To anyone interested in the Matt Stagger Band, it is easy to find on the web.....the first hit had this intro:

I can think of very few bands that have come along who have truly
