I never understand how it's:

a) so hard for some people to unsubscribe from mailing lists that they
managed to subscribe to, and...

b) how come people can't get the concept of creating subdirectories,
filters or tags for their email so they don't have it all lumped in
their inbox.

It's not that difficult.
