We can host it on the site killingjoke.cz, not a scrap of problem.

On the forum, there's possibility to create a poll [looks like this:

where people could vote for mash-ups
- however, there are also other possibilities.

Let's think about a prize for winner(s) and organization in detail.
Any ideas? Suggestions?
