I just had a chat to Jeremy from York St studios to ask if Jaz still
co-owns, here's his reply:

Hi Brendan, He did build York Street and did co-own it until 2000 when we
bought the company. Jaz is still a good friend and a great guy..we love it
when he pops into the studio and scares the clients :o)
