And what is so special about this little girl? Its an unfortunate fact that many children go missing every year . Just across the water from Portugal , in Africa, Literally millions of African children die each year from preventable conditions , they die through drinking unclean water or other preventable diseases , why does no one care about this? Is it because the African children dont have White angelic looking faces?
  The Million £ raised in order to find Madeleine could have gone to prevent a substantial amount of African children dying just across the water . Every year children in the UK go missing and are never seen again , why has this case received so much publicity?
      Hypothetical question : If Madeleine has been an ugly little Pakistani child and went missing in Portugal , do you think the public's reaction would have been any different?
