[kj] ot.brendan... a cautionary

It's quite easy to get a high IQ score when you're a kid, because the tests
are relative to age, so if you started school earlier in the year, and have
had an extra 6 months of school compared to another kid of roughly the same
age, it's more of an advantage at that level. For example at 8.5 years old
you'd have had 3.5 years compared to someone just turned 8, would have had
3. 3.5 vs 3 is a lot better in your favour than half a year would be at age
20 whatever. And an extra 6 months of brain development at that age means a
lot more than it does when you're a sullen filthy late teen or idealistic
head in the clouds bum student 20-something etc...

Not trying to burst your bubble though, just pointing out how fallible those
tests are :)

Must run, late for my Mensa class! ;)

you must be nuts,i would not go with in ten miles of anything like that--
scientology or anything like that if it was my choice and stop taking the
piss out of me just because my answers differ from yours--you bully ;p

i do have my own mind, point of view, respect that others do not always
agree and stop showing of ok ;-)

ps and btw that i.q test, where i scorded exstremely high at,was many years
ago actually,my dad took me along to this place to be accested,as i was
learning things well beyound my years and in half the time as the other kids

at my school,i was
8 years of age at the time actually,so put that in your pipe and smoke it
;-D!!!!!

ps it was actually the 11th of novemeber 1969--and the time of my
appointment with these extra intelligent specialists who accested extra
intelligent kids was 11.am strange!

pps i proberly struck lucky, maybe if id gone next day 12 nov,i would of
scored differently--lucky
i didnt go on the 12th hay:)!!!

pps although i didnt do so well with some of spelling,no change there then
;-D)))
