Get a room fan and aim it at the 'puter, keep the doors and windows open.
Make sure the case isn't clogged with dust, especially the fan intakes
etc. About all I can suggest! Oh and if you have any IT-savvy friends get
them to make sure the cabling inside is neat and tidy, the HDDs and add-on
cards aren't stacked too close to one another. And give the box plenty of
ventilation, not stuffed up against a wall covered in books etc.
