[kj] RIP Paul Raven

Very sad news. Last time Ministry were in Toronto, I wanted to go, if only to see if Raven was up for a chinwag afterwards. Had other commitments however - spent the night visiting a friend and seeing his firstborn. 

Always thought I'd catch Raven next time round. He'll be missed, and I'll be listening to Extremities and Hosannas and thinking of him.
