King Crimson opened for Tool a few years back.  That was probably an amazing show.  Not sure what percentage of Tool fans would actually appreciate KC, but a nice idea nonetheless.

  What a double-bill that would have been! Still, I can't imagine the more die-hard elements of each band's respective demographics would have exactly gotten on well together (i.e. punks versus progs -- FITE!!!!)
