[kj] OT: Chrome recommendation

It *is* a bit tricky since Damon died.

Damon's family are claiming sole rights to all
recorded material. Regardless of the fact that Helios
is clearly mentioned as a (living) co-writer of the
material.

Damon came from a wealthy family.
Helios is living in a trailer in Kansas.

He doesn't have money to hire a laywer if Damon's
family decided to sue him over what's rightfully his.

This has been a BIG problem with the money owed Helios
from the *Touch and Go* label's release of "Half
Machine Lip Moves/Alien Soundtracks.
Which to my knowledge is one of their best selling
CD's.

Touch and Go are afraid of getting caught up in a
lawsuit with Damon's family, and as a result, they
won't give any money to Helios.

Cleopatra records have no problem with releasing
material, but plenty of problems *paying* their
artists!

And there it lies, dead in the water.....
I really hope things turn around for Helios.

I hope that we can see some legitimate remasters of
the material, and that he gets the money that's due
him.

"The scene was wild and somewhat sinister. The darkness, the palms, the mountainous background, the silent lake below, the impenetrable canopy of space, studded with secretive and significant stars, formed a stupendous setting for the savage noise and blaze of the ceremony."
