And to add to that. It looks like you have to be a member. And to be a member you have to pay annual dues.

Can a "legitimate" paper really be doing this?

Is this wrong or am I looking at this incorrectly

So my girlfriend is a college graduate in photojournalism.

She found this posting today

Basically it is a posting for a photojournalist job for one of (if not) the biggest newspapers in MI.

BUT if you noticed the site is catered to the African-American demographic. Which is fine.

BUT this post exists nowhere else. Not on the company site. Not on their parent company site. Nowhere.

Is this technically legal?
