Got my £13.99 effort from HMV online today - the inner CD case does need a bit of glue but otherwise (as Borat might say) "it's very nice" ...

        Please could someone confirm whether or not the slow version of "Age Of Greed" is included with the CD box set, or if it is only available on the vinyl version? I may be being dense, but it's not clear from the website.
