[kj] Fw: killing joke question

I'm not aware of any CD promo for "Exorcism". Just the blue CD as described,
the 10" (can't remember if it is black or clear vinyl, as I can't get at my
records at the moment) in the similar see-through packaging and the promo
12" with the Butterfly press release & hand stamped label, like the
"Millennium" one.

Yeap sounds like the regular UK version to me. Never seen any promos for
this release. The only different version I've seen was the red vinyl 10"
'one off' that went for lots of lolly a couple of years ago.
