I've been pretty careful to not include officially released stuff when I put 
up any new videos. This new one is probably pushing it as it does use 
footage from the "XXV"dvd but I'm not too concerned if they shitcan my 
account or not.  I did used to have a few songs from several officially 
released dvds from The Cul and The Pretenders among others that featured me 
prominantly up front in crowd shots that I figured well, since my mug is 
gracing their video, I'll just post it on my YouTube account but when 
YouTube really began cracking down on copyrighted material, I went ahead and 
took them down on my own.
