[kj] Extremities ebay cd

[death wish]

This has been removed from ebay, and I didn't see it initially - what is it? 
A copy of Extremities with a supposedly bonus track? Must be a misprint, no? 
I think some pressings have Kaliyuga - Struggle as one track and some as 
two. Perhaps this is the source of the confusion, but Age of Greed? News to 
me.
