[kj] New Stooges

I was sorry to read that Albini was handling the production (or "recording"...sorry, Steve). I can't say I've ever appreciated what he's done for bands -- the finished product always sounds so blunted and muddled. I hated what he did to SEAMONSTERS by the Wedding Present (a band I'm sure many of you despise to begin with). He dulls the inherent chime of a guitar. And I wasn't especially wowed by his work on Murder Inc.

And, y'know, "L Dopa" was a big Killing Joke ripoff (as I've labouriously pointed out before).
