As far as I am aware the whole court case thing was still ongoing when Youth
rejoined the fold around the Pandemonium time so it probably was him . .

Geordie at the time was quoted as saying the case was dropped due to "bad
karma" around the time that Cobain rearranged his face with a 12 bore . .
