Anyone clued up on pick ups/ rewiring/guitar mods?

Changing p'ups on one of my gals & I want to 'customise' the switching.
(Bridge = 'bucker  neck: s/c)

Currently 2 selector switches:
1. Bridge/off/phase      2. phase/off/neck

want:
1. Bridge/both/neck      2. coil tap/normal/phase

Got a schematics for bridge/both/neck mod but not the tap/phase etc.
Is this doable...?
