I've seen a version of the poster that has the Damned on it, so who knows!

And as for the Skids... absolutely brilliant! Surpassed all expectations...
one of the best gigs I've been to in a while. Bruce Watson from Big Country
was on the guitar, alongside his son. The sound was great, and the set
packed full of absolute classics:
intro music: peaceful times,
animation,
of one skin
melancholy soldiers,
a woman in winter
saints are coming,
yankee dollar,
olympian,
charles,
out of town,
scared to dance,
hurry on boys,
charade,
circus games,
masquerade,
sloop john b/into the valley.
encore:
vambo (the alex harvey band song)
saints are coming
2nd encore;
of one skin
tv stars!

Jobson even owned up to having been a bit of a twat over the years!!

There's a few clips up on Youtube : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1ZOofQgHsY

Och, it fair took me back, as we say up here!

Dave in Edinburgh, Ahoy! Ahoy!
