While I see the similarities in I and II they almost seem like completely
different movies. Maybe because if I had to chose punk over (hair) metal it
would be punk. But that is purely form upbringing. Afro-Punk is worth
seeing. Maybe you'll agree with only parts of it, none of it, or all of it.
But it is well done and does show a different angle that easily gets
looked over in counter-culture music related areas. IN my personal opinion
there were some people and music that I thought were full of shit and were
nothing close to punk. But it was worth watching either way.
