[kj] Plastichead Question

after posting my comments here I got an email from Plastichead saying
that my complaint was sent to them by the KJ management after they saw
it here...

that is why, even if I am nothing but a lurker nowadays, I have been
on this list for 10 years now! lol

hope everything works out right this time around...

but still... it is a bit unsettling that my complaint was only heard
when it was posted where other potential buyers could read... they
should care a bit more for each and every particular cases instead.
