[kj] plastichead come through............

I got mine two days ago and have had a couple of listens. Storming live 
disc!

Not sure why the KJ and PH websites list the live disc as disc 1, whereas 
the cd art and discs themselves have it as disc 2... Surely a top-notch live 
album from this era is far more significant than rehearsals?

Looking forward to those boot boxes.
