[kj] OT : It's snow joke !!!

Just came back from Oslo where there is a few feet of snow on
the ground in places, at the airport all the planes were taking off 
on time, even in the middle of a snowstorm. The train to the airport
was on time to the second, the streets have been cleared, all trams
and buses and tubes in Oslo are running fine. Schools, of course, are all open.
What is our problem with 2cm of snow?
