on the other hand, whilst i dont have an opinion on it, they were
farmers who use those quads on the farms and were going from one gate
to another. A 100cc quad is not that powerful and i see farmers kids
near me using them all the time.

careful what you wish for, a nanny state shouldnt be the result of a
