[kj] OT: The Cure

[Janean Lancaster]

My first ever gig was The Cure in 89, when they were arguably at their
best.
3 hours - blew me away.  I wasn't prepared for how good it was and
nothing's ever topped it, really.  

Just wish they'd play on home turf.  They've done so much in the US and
Europe recently and are going back to the States again soon.  Still
nothing here.

I can recommend them highly, three hour concert, longest I've ever been
to
from a single band, a real testament to them giving a shite about
themselves and their fans, and ALL of it was good.
