Remember, that is also depressingly true about Ramones and CBGB's shirts.

And, oddly, Vive le Rock shirts, which I have seen reproductions of in 
boutique "thrift store" clothing outfitter Urban Outiftters. (Gary 
Oldman/Sid can be seeing one of these in Sid & Nancy). I doubt few 
wearing it know what it is/was.
