[kj] remasters/extremities

wow!
i thought   "inside extremities" was  to make up for the fact that they
couldn't license extremities for a remaster , this gets better & better!

while you're here Jon : thanks for your work on the 3  amazing  compilations
excellent choice for the  bonus live discs
