well...I was cranky at Plastichead...BUT they have attempted to make up for
it. What should have taken 3 weeks to get here was expidited to a week. I
wasn;t overtly angry with them. I just wasn't happy that it tok a month to
ship the items.

ANYWAYS.

It is good. Not fantastic. Pretty much what I expected but the sound
quality is better than I anticipated. Inside is nice. It is for us die
hards. No one else. I'll probably buy the Archives through Amazon.

This may be what I was thinking of. And it seemed like Keith was going to
be part of it and ultimately not. AND I think he was going to do some Henry
shows but backed out. It seemed like a lot of people gave both sides a hard
time for doing it.

I don't know what to think. I saw the last show in Detroit. I was a
youngin' and I don't seem to remember it being announced that it was a last
show. Grant it I was completely annihilated and I am tipsy now. So
together I get nothing.

I can say that I would likely not be excited if Greg was to do something
again. BUT I am pretty stoked (dating myself) for the Negative Approach
show in May. But that may be more because of the Detroit connection

Please forward this message for the message about the
petition below, if not for
the shows...

Yet more silly laws are being applied to the live
music bill, making it less and
less legal to have perfectly normal live music
happening in a place where people
enjoy it. In particular anything spontaneous would be
more and more dangerous
for any landlord.

We quite clearly stand against this kind of thing and
we expect you do too.
There's an article by Libby Purves about this petition
here:
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/comment/columnists/libby_purves/article1336
496.ece

The petition itself can be signed until June, and is
here:
http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/licensing/
It takes less than a minute. Do your bit before there
are no places left for
decent, spontaneous or traditional live music!
