[kj] Vonnegut R.I.P.

[death wish]

Sad day indeed - he was one of the few writers who once I'd started reading 
him, couldn't stop. I tore through every one of his books in university and 
look forward to re-reading them in the years to come. I also highly 
recommend his 1991 essay collection Fates Worse Than Death.
