The only solution would to be her taking the veil off . She put the veil on 
in the first place which caused the communication problems, so why shouldn't 
she take it off ?
    She could understand me, but I could nt understand her . If she had a 
problem with understanding me (i.e. Me speaking too quick or in a strong 
accent) then I should change (by speaking  slower or with a lesser accent) . 
The problem was of her making, she should rectify it.
How do you suggest that I should have compromised?
