Not me ... I was in the Royal George between 6 and 7.15 - made it into the venue just in time to see "The God Damn Whores" ( http://goddamnwhores.tribe.net/
and http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=113316397 and http://www.organart.demon.co.uk/biogoddamnwhores.htm )
come on stage ... where the former-Cardiac singer/guitarist Jon Poole delighted the assembled hordes by instigating a bit of audience participation ... this side of the hall sing "cock" and that side sing "cunt" ... oh what fun ... and they had a headbanging Giant Haystacks lookalike (aka Big Jase Edwards) on guitar ...

Me too...went due to pressure by a dear friend who caught me at a weak moment....I'm not sure what I witnessed. It's going to take a few days to assimilate.

You weren't in the Pillars of Hercules beforehand were you?

        Good question . .

Every Cardiacs fan has their own favourite albul, I would say start with "A Little Man, A House & The Whole World Window"

I'll probably be there in November (money permitting)

I seem to have been persuaded to go and see these in London this Nov - I've heard absolutely nothing by them - where do I start?

On the other hand I've always thought of Nomeansno as the perfect (and incredible) fusion between Punk and Prog rock. I'm very interested if some of you could find some other bands that could fit this "label": ProgPunk... maybe Wire??
