I remember:

(a) Thinking that the food would be crap (i.e. when I filled in the form) and being completely blown away by how good it was - it was the first time I'd had Lebanese food, now it's one of my faves.

(b) Jaz playing the piano, and wishing I had a recording of it.

(c) Jaz playing the G7 tape, and wishing I had a recording of it.
