The case for the prosecution:

So that 3 gigs I've been to this tour - I didn't get there early enough
to make a pub at Nottingham, but apparently the band were drinking
before the gig. I didn't make Glasgow, but according to rumours the band
were drunk.

When I got to Manchester on Friday, we pulled onto Oxford Rd and saw Jaz
literally stumbling down the road. He looked like he could barely walk
and was about to fall over backwards in a comedy drunk style.

Then, yesterday at Sheffield he was in the Devonshire Cat before the gig
for longer than any of the other band members and had a major dose of
verbal diarrhoea on-stage.

Based on this small sample of gigs it seems like Jaz is unable to get up
on stage and perform unless he is drunk....

Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed all 3 gigs (Manchester was the best of
them), but it can't be too good for him!

His voice seems to be on the way out as well - it was definitely
struggling at Sheffield.

Dave
