Not necessarily. You can add to a case, all applicable court costs and 
attorney fees to the sum, but that is entirely up to the judge to award 
if you win the case.

Then, you have the fact that you have to invest that amount initially, 
and pay the court costs and attorney fees before it even gets to court.

Add to that, there is no guarantee that Jaz and Geordie would even pay 
if a judgment is placed against them.

And again, you are not just taking into account the financial factor, 
but also the time and emotional issues that always are wrapped up in 
this sort of thing.

These are a lot of the reasons I always laughed every time Martin 
Atkins would talk about suing someone. He never had the bank roll to 
file that many lawsuits, on top of the fact that most everything I saw 
that was said, was true anyway.
