That is fair enough Bluce, Jester was and still is your mate and its only 
natural that you should have some affinity for him. On a personal level he 
was a nice person in your opinion, but would you say that he was a good 
webmaster? Being a webmaster involves dealing with a lot of various 
different people from different back grounds who all have different opinions 
and to be a good Webmaster you must accommodate all these different people. 
You must realize that everyone has different opinions and you must respect 
these, you cannot go imposing your will and ego on others.
When your Webpage becomes an extension of your ego is the time when you stop 
being a competent webmaster. You only have to look at all the people who got 
banned from his site to realize the limit of his man management skills. The 
mistake Jester made was that if he disagreed with someone he would try to 
humiliate them, abuse them, belittle them threaten them and if they still 
did nt comply with his wishes then he would ban them. He would even lie 
about people and change the facts in order to come across as being devine 
and correct.
  I see many parallels with the way he ran his board and the way the 
American military carry on around the World. Bullying people , threatening 
them and them wipe them out if they don't comply.
  This Gathering lists proves that its possible to function without 
permanently banning people. Instead of taking a confrontational stance 
against dissidents and thus  escalating the conflict all it takes is a 
little personal E-mail saying "You ve over stepped the mark and stop being a 
prick" ,then most reasonable people will respect the Webmasters wishes and 
cease . To be a Webmaster you need to have diplomacy and respect and not 
treat people like they are worthless.
  If you treat people with respect , then they respond in a respectful way, 
if you treat people in an abusive way then they will respond acordingly.
  You only have to look at the way Jester is abusing his power with the KJ 
board now, putting a Motley crue link in KJs place. He is devalueing KJs 
name and making a mockery of the band. That shows what a vindictive person 
he is and the levels he is prepared to go to.
  Can you se the paralels between Jesters behaviour and George Bushs 
behavior? they both conduct their busines in the same way.
