Yes, but even if a rogue supporter did send a death threat, then the club
should nt be held accountable or responsible. The Club has no way of
controlling people who claim to be supporters. The only action the club can
take is to ban them, and if they dont go or arent members, then the club are
powerless.
The Club confiscated someones season ticket for standing up last week and
someone was also in court for swearing at a game. The Club will use all its
powers to bring people into line, but if someone not affiliated with the
club and sends threats anonymously, then the Club are powerless to act and
therefore cannot be held responsible.
The Club asked to see the threats so they could trace them and prosecute,
but the so-called threats were never shown. The only reasonable theory is
that they never existed in the first place. Why did nt Frisk want the
senders traced? How come no one else saw them? Its only his word that you
are going on . Why do you believe him when he cant back up his claims?
Surely circumstantial evidence is not in his favor.
P.S I'll add the "nt" myself, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt :-)
