[KJ] Raven : not at The Koko but at The Loco ( Ministry / Paris )

Can anyone explain *WHY* he wasn't supposed to play the April tour?  
Has there been a falling out with the band beyond his commitments to  
touring with Ministry?

Ugh! That fucking fog of needless secrecy strikes again.
