He must mean the "Elephant Fayre" Festival, in St Germains, which they played with NMA in 1985. My first festival, and what a fantastic one it was, (even if we all got completely soaked through)...

Not to be contrarian, but Big Paul's least favorite album is FIRE DANCES and he said he felt the band were at the maximum strength circa something called the Elephant Festival after the release of BTATS.
