  Although you denied the fact, you did indeed make the connection between 
Ouija boards and bad luck. If a fatality occurred then there mast have been 
an inquest or something along those lines. What were the findings of the 
inquest? What was the cause of the crash? You could even look at it from a 
different angle, the spooks may have contacted the lady and actually saved 
her from dying. People are too quick to assume that Ouija boards must have 
been responsible for the tragedy that occurred
