But Jim, Bush  doesnt imply  that Pakistan is part of the Arab world, he 
just says that he hopes that Pakistan can be a force for freedom and 
moderation in the Arab world. Saying that he hopes that a country can help 
moderate the Arab World doesnt mean he thinks that it is part of the Arab 
world. Its just fluwdot twisting Bushs words around to meet his own agenda. 
Pakistan has close ties with the Arab World and Bush hopes that Pakistan 
will use these close ties to influence hardline Arab states policys. Read 
the sentence again(below) and point out where it says that Pakistan is part 
of the arab world. It doesnt.
