It is. I've been to truly humid parts of the coutry and right now, Southern 
California's climate is exactly like say, Southern Carolina, Atlanta or 
Chicago at their worst. I've been a lifelong resident of coastal Orange 
County for 47 years and I've never experienced anything like the past 2 1/2 
weeks as what we've had so far this Summer.
