I ve just listened to said track with the dog in it , does anyone know what the dog was called ? I 'm not an expert on dogs , but the one in the song sounds like a Golden Retriever or possibly a Collie .
     I feel that the song would have benefited from having a Great Dane on it , the Golden Retriever/Collie just doesnt suit the song at all , far too much of a falsetto style. I suppose that its all down to taste, some people prefer Pavarotti whilst some prefer Domingo , bit I prefer the gruffness of  Great dane rather than a whimper of a Collie.
