Look at this site that a friend of mine found.
 
First start of with this Germs one from 79' at The Whiskey A Go Go, L.A. 
 
Also look at The Black Flag at the Starwood (RIP) with Dez singing. Plus  
interviews with Chuck Dukowski and Greg Ginn. It has the L.A.P.D. cops too! It  
has to be 80? 81?
 
Plus look at The Crime one. An old San Francisco  punk band from the  70's. 
They play San Quetin Prison in  California!
