I second all that, you could also say the same about Afganistan,
USA built up Taliban with weapon to kill the comunist goverment!
When will Saudi Arabia turn on USA !?
(Well according to Michael Moore they already did!)

>

>Yes Saddam did rule with an iron fist and yes he was brutal, but he did nt

>rule a democratic country in the West  . He ruled a country that was

>divided by Warlords, Clans and various other opposing peoples, so yes

>brutality was the only way of keeping order .

>  A Saddam was convicted of killing people from a village, a village that

>tried to assassinate him . He did nt arrest the people or have an

>investigation which would have led to the instigators being executed, he

>just dished out instant justice . Saddam killed the people who attacked

>him, whilst America dos the same . Exhibit No1 Timothy Mcvie

>     Saddam killed the people that tried to assassinate him . If someone

>tried to assassinate George Bush, what would his sentence be ?

>    Saddam targeted the people who wished to kill him , and if someone

>tried to kill George Bush, then they would get the same fate as the people

>who tried to assassinate Saddam  .

>     Its quite a similar to the scenario , if a foreign power invaded

>America and arrested and executed George Bush because George bush was

>responsible for the death of Timothy Mcvie.

>    I feel that now Saddam is dead, this gives America the opportunity to

>retreat from Iraq and claim victory . "Saddam dead, we can all now go home

>and leave the Iraqis to years of civil war. To stop the impending civil

>war, Iraq needs a strong , ruthless leader in charge .
