and then this on pp. 62 & 64:


'Killing Joke's Jaz Coleman, meanwhile, is the court jester. On arrival he 
kicks the hotel's pianist off her seat and treats the assembled throng to 
some - apparently off-the-cuff - intense classical music. (Later, at the 
aftershow party, Jaz can be found on the stairs of the Embassy Club 
dispensing wisdom and fat Cuban cigars to The Answer, and is last seen being 
bundled into a cab by Classic Rock at 4 am, after offering to write a 
regular column for the mag.)'


So now you don't have to buy it - unless you're a fan of Jim Steinman or The 
Eagles.
