I have tried to buy some DVD's from the net from a company in China
. They were copies , but they said that they could only sell them to
me if I'm buying the copies to replace the originals that I ve
previously purchased legally.
So for legal reason, they were not selling me a DVD copy, but a
replacement for the one I had had which was now broken ( they did nt
ask for any proof , they were just covering their asses )
So : If you legally own copyrighted material you are allowed to
purchase copy replacements.
Buuuuuuuuuut : Just because someone has paid for Gems of Power, but
not yet received it . Does that make them a legal owner of the
material? I would say : No . I would guess that you are not the legal
owner until you have received said official goods .
