I didn't know that.
In fact, this name + surname sounded very "finnish" to me, so that's why I 
supposed they were really finnish...
But according to what you say, indeed, it is obvious that they aren't, in 
fact.

No it's not! At least I don't know anybody who's called "Binki"... neither 
is "Harkonnen" a Finnish surname... should be "Härkönen"... or if you drop 
those umlauts out: "Harkonen" but not double-N after "o"...!
