The Lebanese food was the first I'd tasted, and since then I've been a
devotee.  I even took the chef's business card, but never made it to
that particular restaurant...

Yeah I'm well into Lebanese food. There's a great eatery in Oxford near 
Waterstone's - highly recommended.
