Amazon.co.uk sent mine today.  I'm in the U.S., so might see this
thing by Friday if the winds are right.  I have the MP3s, so it's not
a matter of hearing the album for the first time.  Among other
reasons, I don't want to look at a giant FBI warning on the back
cover, if the U.S. edition will have that.
